This came to me from a pile of rust headed for a landfill. So far, all I've done is give it a bath (overnight in a solution of 1 ounce citric acid per quart of water). In doing that, I've found a break in one of the blade adjusting pieces. Not sure if it is fixable, so this may end up being a dust collector in the workshop, but we'll see.
